  1. Population and dissenters: Fifty Families or thereabouts, but no Dissenter of any Denomination whatsoever.

  2. Public or charity schools: No School of any kind, unless any old woman teaches Children to read.

  3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: No.

  4. Residence upon cure: Yes.

  5. Curate: No.

  6. Divine service at other churches: No.

  7. Frequency of divine service: Every Sunday Morning in general, excepting the four Sacrament Days at the Chappel of Cookbury, and upon all Holidays and Fast-Days when I can get a Congregation to attend.

  8. Frequency of communion: Five times, of which twice at Easter.

  9. Number of communicants: The Number of those who are above sixteen years of age, amounts to one hundred and fifty or thereabouts, and of these seventy odd were Communicants at Easter last past.

  10. Catechising of children: Sundays and Holidays the Children that attend are Catechized, but the Parishioners don’t send any to be instructed.

  11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: Cookbury is a Chappel annex’d betwixt five and six miles distant from the Parish Church, served by myself generally every Sunday afternoon, tho’ I don’t hold my self obliged to serve it above once a Month.
